Looking forward to the Fall!

This Summer has seemed to fly by. I’ve spent most weekends hiking somewhere, have been back to several places and discovered a few new ones as well. My writing has been going well, and I’m working on getting the second book of the Coffee and Emeralds book series: Crimson and Amber in audiobook format to you very, very soon with a new producer/narrator! I’m also knee deep in a young adult sci fi novel, and have put in some work on the third book of Coffee and Emeralds. I’ve been busy…. Working full time, it’s hard to get time to do all of that, and I’m tired, LOL. The last full weekend of Summer is approaching, and I will be spending it with loved ones. I will not be turning on my computer during this time! This will be my last post of the Summer and I want to thank you, my readers and followers for sticking with me!I’m not saying goodbye, just taking a much needed quick break over the long weekend. School starts next week and my son will be a Junior in high school. It’s crazy how fast it goes.
I’ve posted a gallery below of various places we’ve been, things we’ve seen and some other random photos. I hope you enjoy. All but the cougar picture were taken by me! If you have a question about a particular location or photo, let me know!

In early September, both books of the Coffee and Emeralds series will be on promotion. Look for an announcement later on!If you can’t wait, you can find both books here: https://www.amazon.com/Rae-McDaniel/e/B07JLB14WR
