Back to the Cape

My partner and I ventured back to Cape Perpetua this weekend, revisiting the first hike we ever took together.

It was a little cold, and there were some spots of fog, but it was a well spent day out in nature. We took a second trail to the Spouting Horn and saw Thor’s well for the first time.

I didn’t get any good pics of those, but I did get a couple from of the Giant Spruce.  One of these may look familiar, as this tree is on my book covers.

The last image is of a fallen tree, covered in mushrooms. Lovely.

It was a great day. We hit a local brewery for a delicious burger and root beer afterwards, then made our way home.

I know some of you are wondering where the audiobook is for book two, and still more are hoping for the release of book three. The audiobook is still in production, hopefully in the final stages and book three is still in the works.

I don’t have release dates for either yet. You can yell at me below if you like. I’m doing my best, with the time I have devoted to writing constantly getting interrupted with daily necessities of life. Hang in there!

Hope you are all having an enjoyable November. Next week is Thanksgiving here in the US.  Fun times will be had, I’m sure. 😁

Hold your loved ones close. Celebrate the joy you’ve shared together and make sure they know how much you care.

That’s it for me this time. Have a good week!

Just remember, this is a no hate zone. All are welcome to post, no discrimination here, but keep it clean and keep it hate free.
