Despite the rain and wind, we headed over to our favorite location for a Fall hike and it did not disappoint. With all of the recent rain, all of the falls on the trail were loud and impressive, with so much water coming over them. I’ll post some vids below.
So many colors, so many leaves. It was nice to see the forest coming alive again after such a hot dry summer.
I have more videos to share of this wondrous place. Look for me on TikTok @pnwhikerrae to see even more videos of Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.

Check out my other dystopian, LGBTQ story Out from the Under on Kindle Vella here: https://www.amazon.com/kindle-vella/story/B09BK631G4
Your first three episodes are free, and you will get 200 free tokens to continue to read the story, or find a new story to read.
I’m still giving away stickers to my readers of Out from the Under. Leave a comment on the post here, or go to my website at http://www.raemcdaniel.com and leave a comment there. I’ll contact you for your mailing address, and get it out to you as soon as I can.
I’ll be taking a two week break to do spend some much needed time with family and getting outside to hike. As my first Kindle Vella series reaches it’s end (don’t worry, there is a sequel), I will only be posting one episode at a time weekly until it’s finished.
Out from the Under will have a new episode on November 5th, and my podcast will be back around the same time, if not sooner!
I wish everyone a great day and weekend! Stay safe, try to smile and hang in there!
